Originally from Los Angeles, Ron relocated to the Bay Area in 1990 with his wife and daughter. For a decade he worked in the property management industry with emphasis on low income affordable housing, in the capacity of Property Supervisor, Director of Purchasing, and Director of Property Management. His passion for helping those in need persisted in his work for the non-profit agency ARIS, as supervisor of a Housing Program and Client Services Department, aiding those with disabilities and chronic illness acquire homes with suitable care.
Ron’s background of working for the betterment of others was the element that facilitated his effortless transition into Residential Real Estate. Working with various brokerages, he immediately proved to be a consistent Top Producer. Within months he achieved the rank of the top 13% of agents in sales with Coldwell Banker.
As his personal business grew, Ron began to take interest in the collective good of California Real Estate Agents. As a result of this, Ron procured a seat on the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors (CCAR) and was appointed to represent CCAR on the state level as a Director on the Board of the California Association of Realtors (CAR). In 2015 he was granted the highest honor, elected by his peers as the President of the CCAR for 2016.
In 2013 Ron started as a Regional Vice President in the East Bay and in 2020 Ron was asked to join Vanguard Properties as the East Bay Regional Director. Ron provides innovative new approaches for working with the Bay Area market. His attention begins and ends, first and foremost with his Associates. By regularly attending classes and conferences offering tools of the latest technology, he is able to keep his agents up to date and ahead of the competition.
